Abstract

Данные, полученные на клеточных фармакологических моделях, свидетельствуют о том, что полифе-
нольные экстракты овса Rhealba обладают противовоспалительным действием на важные патофизио-
логические звенья, вовлекаемые в патогенез атопического дерматита. Эти экстракты восстанавливают
функцию эпидермального барьера и ликвидируют сухость кожи, что ведет к уменьшению кожного зуда,
расчесывания и риска инфицирования. Использование экстрактов овса в клинических условиях подав-
ляет проявления атопического дерматита, включая зуд и расчесы. Клинические испытания показыва-
ют, что мягчительные средства, содержащие экстракт овса Rhealba, являются высокоэффективными
стероид-замещающими агентами и рассматриваются как средства первой линии при ведении больных
атопическим дерматитом, настоятельно рекомендуемые международными и национальными согласи-
тельными документами и руководствами.
