Majority of pollen allergy patients (47-70%) have a cross-reactive food allergy to fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Oral allergic syndrome is the most common clinical manifestation of cross-reactive food allergy. The article presents the data on cross-reactive food allergy to Pr-10 homologues in birch pollen sensitized patients.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Пыльцевая аллергия (поллиноз) является одним из самых распространенных аллергических заболеваний, от 47 до 70% больных поллинозом имеют перекрестную пищевую аллергию к фруктам, овощам, орехам и семенам растений. Наиболее часто перекрестная пищевая аллергия имеет клинические проявления в виде орального аллергического синдрома.
