Treatment based on published and own data on chronic idiopathic urticaria in children is presented. The necessity of individual approach to Нх-antihistamines and alternative drug therapy is shown.

В статье на основании литературных и собственных данных рассмотрены особенности ведения детей, страдающих хронической идиопатическои крапивницей. Обоснована необходимость индивидуального подхода к использованию Hj-антигистаминных препаратов и альтернативной фармакотерапии
