In lecture expound principles of individual approach to diet therapy of infants with various forms of a food allergy. Algorithms of choice diet therapy at children with a food allergy at various variants feedings are suggest.

В статье изложены подходы к ведению детей раннего возраста, страдающих различными формами пищевой аллергии. Обоснованы алгоритмы рационального выбора диетотерапии у детей с пищевой аллергией при различных вариантах вскармливания.
