The relationship between innate and adaptive immunity, as well as participation of various interleukins and cells in the development of inflammation in BA are presented. The possibility of the creation of new therapeutic molecules for the treatment of BA is substantiated.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проведен анализ современной литературы по иммунологическим аспектам патофизиологии бронхиальной астмы (БА). Описана взаимосвязь врожденного и приобретенного иммунитета при БА, участие различных интерлейкинов и клеток иммунной системы в развитии воспаления при БА.
