But antihistamines does not always lead to significant improvement of clinical symptoms of atopic dermatitis. In this review we discuss therapeutic options for the treatment with antihistamines in patients with atopic dermatitis.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Гистамин является важным медиатором аллергии и участвует в патогенезе атопического дерматита. Однако использование антигистаминных препаратов обычно не приводит к достоверному угнетению клинических симптомов атопического дерматита.
