(ХРПР ). Рассматриваются аргументы в пользу «грибковой» и «стафилококковой» гипотез. Обсуждаются
факты, противоречащие теории об инфекционной природе ХРПР . Отражены основные иммунологические
нарушения при полипозе носа: дисфункция металлопротеиназ, циклооксигеназного цикла, гипрепродукция IL-5, IL-16 с последующим развитием эозинофильного воспаления. С учетом разнообразия клинических
проявлений хронического риносинусита предполагается, что только многофакторный анализ триггерных
