Sensitization to the fruits of the family Rosaceae is widespread in children population, but its diagnostics is often difficult. Methods. The study included 190 children with suspected allergy to the fruit family of Rosaceae. Results. The presence of sensitization was found in 148 patients. Qualitatively, the results of in vitro and in vivo tests with allergens differed approximately one third of cases. Among children with sensitization to the fruits of a family Rosaceae specific IgE to rBet v 1 was identified approximately in 3/4, rPru p 3 — in 2/3, rBet v 2 — in 1/5 of patients. Conclusion. The results indicate a high informative determination of specific IgE (ImmunoCap, Phadia AB) to the fruits of Rosaceae (apple, pear, peach) and a recombinant allergens (rBet v 1, rBet v 2, rPru p 3).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Введение. Сенсибилизация к плодам семейства Розовых широко распространена в детской популяции, однако ее диагностика зачастую затруднительна. Материалы и методы. В исследование включены 190 детей с подозрением на аллергию к плодам семейства Розовых. Кожные пробы с водно-солевымм экстрактами пищевых и пыльцевых аллергенов проводили методом прик-теста; тестирование со свежими фруктами проводили прик-прик-методом. Определение аллерген-специфических IgE к пищевым, пыльцевым и рекомбинатным аллергенам (rBet v 1, rBet v 2, rPru p 3) в сыворотке крови больных выполняли иммунохемилюминесцентным методом (ImmunoCap/Phadia), с использованием коммерческих реактивов. Результаты. Наличие сенсибилизации установлено у 148 больных. Качественно результаты тестов in vitro и in vivo с аллергенами Розовых различались приблизительно в 1/3 случаев. Среди детей с сенсибилизацией к плодам семейства Розовых аллерген-специфические IgE к rBet v 1 выявлены приблизительно у 3/4 больных, к rPru p 3 — у 2/3 и к rBet v 2 — у 1/5 пациентов. Заключение.
