The article contains a description of the various groups of drugs for topical treatment of atopic dermatitis with an assessment of their effectiveness, as well as the influence on the mechanisms of the immune response.

В зарубежной и отечественной литературе описаны многочисленные подходы к подбору наружной терапии больных атопическим дерматитом. В статье дано описание различных групп препаратов для наружной терапии атопического дерматита с оценкой их эффективности, а также влияния на механизмы иммунного ответа.
