Результаты исследований авторов статьи свидетельствуют о целесообразности комплексного подхода к коррекции биоценоза у детей с пищевой аллергий. Показано, что нарушения со стороны кишечной микрофлоры в значительной мере компенсируются без каких-либо специальных вмешательств на фоне элиминационной диеты и адекватной терапии пищевой аллергии. Для дополнительной коррекции дисбиотических отклонений оправдано использование продуктов детского питания, обогащенных про- и пребиотиками. Приведены результаты оценки эффективности гипоаллергенной каши «Помогайка.
