A comparative study of the severity of CIU, effectiveness of antihistamines and determination the frequency of patients with and without thyroid antibodies among patients with CIU in groups with different skin sensitivity to autologous serum. Methods. The retrospective study of the anamnestic clinical laboratory findings in patients with chronic idiopathic. Results. 46% of patients had a positive skin test with autologous serum. A positive skin test with autologous serum was dominated in patients with severe disease, the lack of efficacy of antihistamines, and patients with anti-thyroid antibodies.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Цель. В группе больных ХИК, имеющих положительный результат внутрикожной пробы с аутосывороткой, преобладают больные с тяжелым течением заболевания, с неэффективностью антигистаминной терапии и больные с наличием в сыворотке крови антитиреоидных антител.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>chronic idiopathic urticaria (CIU)</kwd><kwd>test with autologous serum</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>хроническая идиопатическая крапивница</kwd><kwd>внутрикожный тест с аутологичной сывороткой</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Sabroe R.A, Greaves M.W Chronic idiopathic urticaria with functional autoantibodies: 12 years on.
