The role of cysteinyl leukotrienes is discussed in the formation of inflammation in these phenotypes of asthma. The leukotriene receptor antagonists, including montelukast are effective in therapy of this category of patients.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В настоящей статье рассмотрены особенности фенотипов бронхиальной астмы в сочетании с ожирением и астмы курящих пациентов.
