Randomized controlled trials have shown that nebulized therapy with BDP was similar in its efficacy and safety to inhalation therapy with budesonide or fluticasone. Preferred patients for the treatment with nebulized BDP are elderly patients with asthma, unable to correctly perform inhalation with portable devices, patients with steroid-dependent asthma, and patients with a temporary loss of asthma control.</p>
Терапия небулизированным БДП особенно показана пожилым пациентам с БА, не способным правильно пользоваться другими ингаляционными устройствами, пациентам со стероидозависимой БА, а также пациентам с временной утратой контроля над БА.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>asthma</kwd><kwd>inhaled corticosteroids</kwd><kwd>beclomethasone dipropionate</kwd><kwd>nebulized therapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>бронхиальная астма</kwd><kwd>ингаляционные глюкокортикостероиды</kwd><kwd>беклометазона дипропионат</kwd><kwd>небулайзерная терапия</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Global Initiative for Asthma.
