Pathogenesis and etiology of bronchial asthma in children are discussed in the article. the main directions of diagnosis and therapy of bronchial asthma in children are defined. inhalation therapy is given special attention. studies on the use of iziheilere in therapy of bronchial asthma in children are given.

В статье рассматриваются особенности патогенеза и этиологии бронхиальной астмы у детей. определяются основные направления диагностики и особенности терапии бронхиальной астмы у детей. особое внима- ние уделяется ингаляционной терапии. приводятся данные исследований по использованию изихейлера как средства доставки лекарственных препаратов в дыхательные пути.
