Modern data on the diagnostics of food anaphylaxis and a number of symptoms’ features are given in the article. The basic principles of treatment and anaphylaxis prevention are considered.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Раннее и своевременное распознавание симптомов анафилаксии, определение сроков и причин развития анафилактической реакции являются решающими в постановке правильного диагноза. В статье представлены современные данные о диагностике пищевой анафилаксии у детей, выделен ряд особенностей симптомов, характерных для данной группы пациентов.
