Allocation of phenotypes / endotypes promote the best understanding of essence of a disease and it is expedient for development of an individual approach to therapy as some options of a current OH can differ the resistant answer to standard treatment.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье рассмотрены вопросы гетерогенности бронхиальной астмы, подходы к выделению различных фенотипов на основании клинических признаков, биологических и генетических маркеров и эндотипов с учетом этиологии и патофизиологии заболевания.
