The only pathogenetic and effective method of treatment of patients with house dust mites induced allergic rhinitis and atopic bronchial asthma according to positions of evidencebased medicine is allergenspecific immunotherapy (ASIT) with house dust mites (Dermatophagoides pteronissinus, Dermatophagoides farinea) allergens. Modern data on prevalence of a sensitization to house dust mites at patients with respiratory manifestations of allergy are presented in the review, questions of carrying out ASIT by various methods with application of the standardized allergens, its efficiency and safety are discussed.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Dermatophagoides pteronissinus и Dermatophagoides farina и продукты их жизнедеятельности являются основными аллергенными компонентами домашней пыли. на сегодняшний день единственным патогенетически значимым и эффективным методом терапии больных аллергическим ринитом и атопической бронхиальной астмой с бытовой сенсибилизацией с позиций доказательной медицины является аллерген-специфическая иммунотерапия (АСИТ) аллергенами клещей домашней пыли (Der p 1, Der p 2, Der f 1, Der f 2).</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>house dust mites</kwd><kwd>dust sensibility</kwd><kwd>allergic rhinitis</kwd><kwd>bronchial asthma</kwd><kwd>allergen-specific immunotherapy (ASIT)</kwd><kwd>longterm efficacy of allergen-specific immunotherapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>клещи домашней пыли</kwd><kwd>бытовая сенсибилизация</kwd><kwd>аллергический ринит</kwd><kwd>бронхиальная астма</kwd><kwd>аллерген-специфическая иммунотерапия (АСИТ)</kwd><kwd>долгосрочный эффект АСИТ</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Allergic Rhinitis and its Impact on Asthma (ARIA) 2008 Update.
