The characteristic of peanut allergen components is presented in the review. Modern approaches to the diagnosis of allergy to peanuts reflected in the article. The article presents research findings on development and natural history of allergy to peanuts, clinical mmanifestations, also considered the priority therapeutic approaches.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Аллергия к арахису является актуальной проблемой практического здравоохранения, что связано со значительной распространенностью данной патологии и особой выраженностью клинических проявлений. В обзоре представлена характеристика аллергенных компонентов арахиса и отражены современные подходы к диагностике аллергии к арахису.
