Low-frequency ultrasound therapy with levocetirizin effectively reduces rhinitis symptoms (nasal obstruction, sneezing, rhinorrhea) duration, demonstrates anti-inflammatory activity and reduces of topical decongestants requirement in AIR patients. Effectiveness of this therapy was estimated by objective and subjective methods.</p>
При помощи использования объективных и субъективных методов обследования показано, что НуЗ-терапия левоцетиризином при ОИР вирусной этиологии значительно сокращает сроки купирования симптомов ОИР (назальная обструкция, чихание, ринорея), снижает потребность в деконгестантах, обладает противовоспалительной активностью.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>acute infectious rhinitis</kwd><kwd>levocetirizine</kwd><kwd>antihistamines</kwd><kwd>low-frequency ultrasound</kwd><kwd>rhinomanometry</kwd><kwd>interleukins</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>острый инфекционный ринит</kwd><kwd>левоцетиризин</kwd><kwd>антигистаминные препараты</kwd><kwd>низкочастотный ультразвук</kwd><kwd>риноманометрия</kwd><kwd>интерлейкины</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Seto W.H., Conly J.M., Pessoa-Silva C.L. et al.
