Дети с этой патологией должны наблюдаться как у аллерголога, так и у оториноларинголога. Из существующего большого перечня групп лекарственных препаратов, используемых в терапии аллергического ринита, с позиции доказательной медицины далеко не все имеют основания для применения в качестве препаратов выбора.
