Microbiome of the affected skin in atopic dermatitis is characterized by a lack of the variety of bacteria, decrease of the Actinomycetes and Proteobacteries species and increase of Staphylococci colonization (Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus haemolyticus and others). Restoration of the skin barrier function is the most important goal in the overall concept of the atopic dermatitis treatment. Recent studies demonstrated the possibility of reductionof inflammation, xerosis, itching and restoration of skin microbiome of the affected areas by emollients use (Lipikar Baume AP, La Roche Posay), as a result of the skin barrier function improvement.</p>
Наряду с клиническим улучшением состояния кожи, уменьшением воспаления и кожного зуда в недавних исследованиях продемонстрирована возможность восстановления микробиома пораженных участков кожи с помощью косметических средств ухода за сухой кожей (Липикар бальзам АП, Lipikar baume AP, La Roche-Posay) как результат восстановления функции кожного барьера.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>S. aureus</kwd><kwd>microbiome</kwd><kwd>atopic dermatitis</kwd><kwd>S. aureus</kwd><kwd>skin barrier dysfunction</kwd><kwd>skin care products</kwd><kwd>Lipikar Baume AP</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>микробиом</kwd><kwd>атопический дерматит</kwd><kwd>нарушение барьерной функции кожи</kwd><kwd>средства ухода за кожей</kwd><kwd>Липикар бальзам АП</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Turnbaugh P.J., Ley R.E., Hamady M. et al.
