Various factors are analysed that influence the course of the disease at different infections, the basic principles of therapy of atopic dermatitis with infections are discussed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлены данные о формировании осложненных форм атопического дерматита (АтД). указаны основные факторы, способствующие развитию осложненных форм АтД у детей. Описаны клинические проявления бактериальной, вирусной и грибковой инфекции кожи при АтД у детей, обоснованы основные направления комплексного патогенетического лечения АтД и инфекций кожи.
