Inhalation is the preferred route of drug administration for patients with airway diseases such as asthma. Inhalation delivers drugs directly to the airways and thereby the effective dose can be small compared with oral therapy (in 20 times), the risk of systemic side effects is reduced, it could be used for poorly soluble drugs which are not absorbed in the gastrointestinal canal. Inhalation is the route of drug administration and can be used for delivery of bronchodilators, mucolytics, steroids, and cromoglicate acid drugs as well.</p>
Ингаляционные методы применяются для доставки бронхолитиков, муколитиков, глюкокортикостероидов, а также препаратов кромоглициевой кислоты.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>inhaled drugs</kwd><kwd>bronchial asthma</kwd><kwd>dry powder inhaler</kwd><kwd>Easyhaler</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ингаляционные лекарственные средства</kwd><kwd>бронхиальная астма</kwd><kwd>порошковые ингаляторы</kwd><kwd>Изихейлер</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Вылегжанина Т. И.
