Background. To evaluate the safety and tolerability of 13valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine in patients with chronic bronchopulmonary disorders (COPD and asthma). Methods. The study involved 67 patients with chronic bronchopulmonary diseases, 33 of them had COPD (group I), and 34 had asthma (group II). Patients received 1 dose of vaccine, «Prevenar13» intramuscularly in the left shoulder. Within 7 days after vaccination all subjects filled out specially designed questionnaire, reflecting the local and general adverse events. Results. Vaccination with 13valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine of patients with COPD or asthma was well tolerated, no serious adverse events within 7 days of postvaccination period were observed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Цель. Оценить безопасность и переносимость 13-валентной конъюгированной пневмококковой вакцины у больных хронической бронхолегочной патологией (ХОБЛ и БА). Материалы и методы. Б исследовании приняли участие 67 пациентов с хронической бронхолегочной патологией, из них 33 пациента страдали хронической обструктивной болезнью легких (ХОБЛ) (I группа), а 34 человека имели бронхиальную астму (БА) (II группа). Пациенты, соответствующие критериям включения/исключения, в амбулаторных условиях получили 1 дозу вакцины «Превенар-13» внутримышечно в левое плечо. После вакцинации в течение 7 дней все испытуемые заполняли специально разработанную анкету, отражающую местные и общие нежелательные явления. Результаты. Вакцинация больных ХОБЛ или БА 13-валентной конъюгированной пневмококковой вакциной хорошо переносилась, серьезных нежелательных явлений в течение 7 дней поствакцинального периода не наблюдалось. Заключение.
