Drug’s hypersensitivity reactions occurring during perioperative period are potentially life-threatening clinical conditions and require a different approach. This review covers current understanding of epidemiology and clinical sings of drug’s hypersensitivity reactions occurring during perioperative period. It focuses on reducing the risk of anaphylaxis during anesthesia.

Реакции гиперчувствительности во время анестезиологического пособия и в раннем постоперационном периоде зачастую являются угрожающими жизни осложнениями фармакотерапии и требуют определенного подхода к диагностике и лечению. В настоящей статье отражены современные сведения о реакциях гиперчувствительности, представлены результаты клинико-эпидемиологических аспектов реакций гиперчувствительности на лекарственные средства в периоперационном периоде. особое внимание уделено описанию мероприятий, направленных на снижение риска возникновения таких реакций в условиях многопрофильного стационара.
