This review covers current understanding of epidemiology and clinical sings of drug’s hypersensitivity reactions occurring during perioperative period. It focuses on reducing the risk of anaphylaxis during anesthesia.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Реакции гиперчувствительности во время анестезиологического пособия и в раннем постоперационном периоде зачастую являются угрожающими жизни осложнениями фармакотерапии и требуют определенного подхода к диагностике и лечению.
