The variant replacement used inhaled corticosteroids while maintaining equipotent doses as a way to achieve asthma control without increasing the pharmacologic stress.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье рассмотрены вопросы контроля бронхиальной астмы, основные причины его отсутствия.
