The gold standard of asthma therapy is high effective and safe combination of ICS+LABA. However, even use of these drugs leave more than half of patients around the world without full control over the symptoms of the disease. This leads for necessity of the search of new therapies - molecules as new drugs and new means for delivery, allowing to minimize technical errors during the inhalation manoeuvre, improving patient treatment adherence. This drug is Relvar Ellipta® containing a combination of new molecules of ICS and LABA in a new, improved delivery system for use 1 time per day.</p>
таким препаратом является релвар Эллипта®, первый представитель нового поколения комбинированных препаратов ИГКС/ДДБА с 24-часовым действием.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>bronchial asthma</kwd><kwd>inhaled corticosteroids</kwd><kwd>LABA</kwd><kwd>Relvar Ellipta®</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>бронхиальная астма</kwd><kwd>ингаляционные глюкокортикостероиды</kwd><kwd>ДДБА</kwd><kwd>релвар Эллипта®</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Asthma.
