Проанализированы современные достижения в области изучения АСИТ, показана перспектива использования комбинированной иммунотерапии, указаны неудовлетворенные потребности. Включение АСИТ является обоснованным только при аллергической форме АтД. Показана перспектива использования комбинированной иммунотерапии, сочетающей АСИТ и иммуномодулирующие препараты. Накопление клинического опыта с проведением рандомизированных исследований и разработка руководящих принципов АСИТ для детей с АтД являются необходимыми.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>allergenspecific immunotherapy</kwd><kwd>subcutaneous /sublingual immunotherapy</kwd><kwd>atopic dermatitis</kwd><kwd>treatment</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>аллергенспецифическая иммунотерапия</kwd><kwd>подкожная/сублингвальная иммунотерапия</kwd><kwd>атопический дерматит</kwd><kwd>стратегия лечения</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>De Benedetto A., Rafaels N.M., McGirt L.Y. et al.
