Arguments in favor of using antileukotriene medications in complex treatment of patients with exercise-induced bronchoconstriction are presented.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье рассматривается астма физического усилия и постнагрузочный бронхоспазм с точки зрения патогенеза, клинических особенностей и подходов к лечению.
