In this article the results of own research of the cytokine profile in atopic dermatitis (AD) adults and children depending on age are provided. Materials and methods. 88 patients with AD (54 children aged from 1 year to 16 years old and 24 adults aged from 21 years to 56 years old) were included in the study. Cytokine profile of a number of cytokines: IL-4, IL-5, IL-22, IL-31, IL-33, and transforming growth factor TGFβ1, eotaxin, eotaxin2 was examined. Results. Significant differences in IL-22, CC chemokines (eotaxin and eotaxin-2) and TGFβ levels depending on the age and severity of atopic dermatitis were found.</p>
выявлены достоверные различия в концентрациях ИЛ-22, с-с хемокинов (эотаксина и эотаксина-2) и TGFß в зависимости от возраста и степени тяжести АтД.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>atopic dermatitis</kwd><kwd>cytokines</kwd><kwd>immune response</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>атопический дерматит</kwd><kwd>цитокины</kwd><kwd>иммунный ответ</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Williams H., Flohr C.
