The diagnosis of the disease is based on the anamnesis and phototesting data. Management of the solar urticaria includes dark clothes, sunscreens, non-sedative antihistamines. Alternative interventions may be considered if high doses of non-sedative antihistamines are ineffective.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Солнечная крапивница представляет собой относительно редкий фотодерматоз, провоцируемый видимым светом или ультрафиолетовым-А излучением. Диагностика заболевания основывается преимущественно на данных анамнеза и фототестирования. Профилактические мероприятия должны быть направлены на предупреждение и ограничение контакта с излучением соответствующей части спектра, в том числе с использованием защитных мазей и кремов, а при наличии симптомов предпочтительным является назначение неседативных антигистаминных препаратов, при необходимости - в повышенной дозе; альтернативные методы лечения могут быть рассмотрены при недостаточной эффективности антигистаминных средств.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>solar urticaria</kwd><kwd>phototesting</kwd><kwd>treatment</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>солнечная крапивница</kwd><kwd>фототестирование</kwd><kwd>лечение</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Mageri M., Altrichter S., Borzova E. et al.
