It also describes in details Russian federal guidelines, published in the 2013-2016 years and dedicated to allergen-specific immunotherapy as a method of treatment of IgE-mediated allergic diseases, as well as Russian federal guidelines. Detailed understanding of indications, contraindications, and usage of AIT in various clinical situations are widely discussed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье анализируются международные позиционные документы, посвященные аллерген-специфической иммунотерапии, вышедшие в последние годы. Также подробно описываются Федеральные клинические рекомендации, опубликованные в 2013-2016 гг., посвященные аллерген-специфической иммунотерапии как методу лечения IgE-опосредованных аллергических заболеваний, и Федеральные клинические рекомендации по отдельным нозологиям, в лечении которых применяется АСИТ.
