Effective use of modern methods of prevention of exacerbations helps to reduce the frequency of relapses, lengthen the periods of remissions and, in general, improve the quality of life of sick children.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>По последним данным, патогенетически значимым условием возникновения атопического дерматита является повышение проницаемости эпидермального барьера, и, следовательно, первостепенным этапом лечения и профилактики этого заболевания должен быть контроль за состоянием кожи.
