In a situation where external therapy for moderate to severe atopic dermatitis does not have sufficient effect, patients are prescribed systemic therapy. Currently, dupilumab is the first line systemic therapy option for the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis. Along with its high effectiveness, a number of side effects have been described.</p> <p>This article describes a clinical case of a patient with severe atopic dermatitis and food allergy, who started therapy with dupilumab. During the treatment, the patient experienced several subsequent adverse effects: conjunctivitis, herpes infection, eosinophilia.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Атопический дерматит — мультифакторное генетически детерминированное воспалительное заболевание кожи, характеризующееся зудом, хроническим рецидивирующим течением, возрастными особенностями локализации и морфологии очагов поражения. В случае, когда наружная терапия при среднетяжелом и тяжелом атопическом дерматите не оказывает достаточного эффекта, пациентам назначают системную терапию. Одним из лекарственных средств для системной терапии атопического дерматита является генно-инженерный биологический препарат дупилумаб. Наряду с его высокой эффективностью описан ряд побочных эффектов, которые могут возникать на фоне лечения.</p> <p>В статье представлено описание клинического случая пациента с тяжелым атопическим дерматитом и поливалентной пищевой аллергией, которому инициирована терапия дупилумабом.
