Number of patients with anaphylaxis is increased over the last years in all age groups. However, data of anaphylaxis in infants is limited. The knowledge of anaphylaxis in this group of patients is based only on the description of clinical case-report, a retrospective analysis of registers for severe allergic reactions of emergency treatment units. However, children of the first years of life are extremely vulnerable and they have clinical features of the development of anaphylaxis. This article summarizes information on various aspects of anaphylaxis in infants.</p>
В настоящей статье предпринята попытка обобщения имеющихся сведений по различным аспектам анафилаксии у детей раннего возраста.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>anaphylaxis</kwd><kwd>anaphylactic reaction</kwd><kwd>food allergy</kwd><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>infants</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>анафилаксия</kwd><kwd>анафилактическая реакция</kwd><kwd>пищевая аллергия</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>ранний возраст</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Portier P., Richet C.
