Definition of phenotypes/ endotypes of BA contributes to better understanding of the nature of the disease and is feasible for development of an individual approach to therapy, because some types of BA may differ in resistance response to the standard treatment. The article gives an overview of modern research focused on the use of monoclonal antibodies in the treatment of BA. It discusses the algorithm of selection of patients with severe BA for prescribing of biological therapy.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье рассмотрены вопросы гетерогенности бронхиальной астмы (БА), подходы к ведению больных тяжелой БА, различных ее фенотипов на основании клинических признаков, биологических и генетических маркеров. Выделение фенотипов/эндотипов БА способствуют лучшему пониманию сущности заболевания и целесообразно для разработки индивидуального подхода к терапии, поскольку некоторые варианты течения БА могут отличаться устойчивостью к стандартному лечению. Приводится обзор современных исследований, посвященных использованию моноклональных антител в лечении БА.
