Chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) is the disease that affects the quality of patient’s life, and the existing strategy of patient management is not always sufficiently effective. Nowadays, there is enough information about the role of vitamin D deficiency and the severity of CSU. That is why it is important to study not only therapeutic schemes, but also a role of genetic variability that may have an impact on vitamin D levels.</p> <p>Such studies will help to personalize the treatment schemes for patients with CSU. At the same time, the focus of these studies should be not only on the receptor and vitamin D binding protein, but also on P450 system, which plays a key role in the vitamin D metabolism.</p>
При этом внимание должно уделяться не только рецептору и белку, связывающему витамин D, но и изоферментам системы Р450, играющим ключевую роль в его метаболизме.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>vitamin D</kwd><kwd>chronic spontaneous urticaria</kwd><kwd>personalized medicine</kwd><kwd>vitamin D deficiency</kwd><kwd>polymorphisms</kwd><kwd>CYP</kwd><kwd>P450</kwd><kwd>cholecalciferol</kwd><kwd>allergic diseases</kwd><kwd>pharmacogenetics</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>витамин D</kwd><kwd>хроническая спонтанная крапивница</kwd><kwd>персонализированная медицина</kwd><kwd>дефицит витамина D</kwd><kwd>полиморфизмы</kwd><kwd>CYP</kwd><kwd>P450</kwd><kwd>колекальциферол</kwd><kwd>аллергические заболевания</kwd><kwd>фармакогенетика</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Zuberbier T, Aberer W, Asero R, et al.
