Aeropalinologic monitoring of the air environment allows us to study the composition of aeroallergens and their role in the formation of pollen allergies. Features of the formation of aerial pollen spectra are closely related to the botanical-geographical and natural-climatic conditions of the region. The Rostov region has its own specific features, which is reflected in the qualitative and quantitative composition of pollen rain.</p> <p><bold>AIM:</bold> To study the dynamics of pollination of allergenic plants in Rostov-on-Don, identify the prevailing taxa and create a calendar of pollination of plants for this region.</p> <p><bold>MATERIALS AND METHODS:</bold> Aeroallergens were detected by using a volumetric Burkard trap. The identification of plant pollen and fungal spores was performed by microscopy of colored slides obtained from a sticky tape covered with a special mixture.</p> <p><bold>RESULTS:</bold> In 2019, 21 taxa were registered in the air environment of Rostov-on-don (trees, meadows, haze, cereals, weeds), fungal spores were found in the air, represented by the mold fungi Cladosporium herbarum and Alternaria alternata in high growing concentrations. An increase in the vegetation period of pollination of trees (07.03.–31.06), mares (02.05–03.10), cereals (02.04–14.09), weeds (18.07–28.10) was detected According to the dynamics of pollen concentration, three periods of its growth were registered: spring-summer, summer and summer-autumn. The presence of birch pollen grains in a clinically significant concentration (36 pollen grain (PG)/m<sup>3</sup>) in this steppe region, an increase in the peak concentration of ragweed (393 PG/m<sup>3</sup>) in comparison with the same data for 1971 (265 PG/m<sup>3</sup>) was found.</p> <p><bold>CONCLUSION:</bold> Regional features of the spectrum of air allergens were identified, and a dusting calendar was compiled for Rostov-on-Don.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>ОБОСНОВАНИЕ.</bold> Повсеместно отмечается увеличение доли пациентов, страдающих аллергическими заболеваниями, вызванными пыльцой растений. Аэропалинологический мониторинг воздушной среды позволяет определить состав аэроаллергенов и их роль в формировании пыльцевой аллергии. Особенности образования воздушных пыльцевых спектров тесно связаны с ботанико-географическими и природно-климатическими условиями региона. Ростовская область имеет свои специфические особенности, что отражается на качественном и количественном составе пыльцевого дождя.</p> <p><bold>ЦЕЛЬ — </bold>изучить кинетику пыления аллергенных растений в г. Ростове-на-Дону, выделить преобладающие таксоны и составить календарь пыления растений для данного региона.</p> <p><bold>МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ.</bold> Аэроаллергены улавливали с использованием волюметрической ловушки Буркарда. Идентификацию пыльцы растений и спор грибов проводили методом микроскопии окрашенных предметных стекол, полученных с липкой ленты, покрытой специальной смесью.</p> <p><bold>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ.</bold> В 2019 г. в воздушной среде г. Ростова-на-Дону зарегистрированы 24 таксона (деревья, луговые, маревые, злаковые, сорные), обнаружены споры грибов в атмосферном воздухе, представленные плесневыми грибами <italic>Cladosporium herbarum</italic> и <italic>Alternaria alternata</italic> в высоких нарастающих концентрациях. Выявлено увеличение вегетационного периода пыления деревьев (07.03.2019 – 31.06.2019), маревых (02.05.2019 – 03.10.2019), злаковых (02.04.2019 – 14.09.2019), сорных трав (18.07.2019 – 28.10.2019). По изменению концентрации пыльцы зарегистрировано три периода ее нарастания: весенне-летний, летний и летне-осенний. Обнаружено наличие пыльцевых зерен (ПЗ) березы в клинически значимой концентрации (36 ПЗ/м<sup>3</sup>) в данном степном регионе, увеличение пиковой концентрации амброзии (393 ПЗ/м<sup>3</sup>) в сравнении с этими же данными за 1971 г. (265 ПЗ/м<sup>3</sup>).</p> <p><bold>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ.</bold> Выявлены региональные особенности спектра аэроаллергенов воздушной среды, составлен календарь пыления для г.
