The experts comprehensively considered the criteria that a modern emollient used for the care of atopic dermatitis patients' skin should meet, discussed the role of moisturizers in preventing seasonal exacerbations of atopic dermatitis based on previously conducted research, and developed unified recommendations on the principles of managing this type of patients.</p> <p>Suggestions were made for further informational and organizational measures aimed at expanding the knowledge of patients and medical specialists about the problem of epicutaneous sensitization to aeroallergens in atopic dermatitis patients, their role in the development of seasonal exacerbations of atopic dermatitis, and the possibility of their prevention using modern emollients.</p>
Эксперты комплексно рассмотрели критерии, которым должен отвечать современный эмолент, применяемый для ухода за кожей больных атопическим дерматитом; обсудили роль увлажняющих средств в профилактике сезонных обострений атопического дерматита на основании проведённого ранее исследования и выработали единые рекомендации о принципах ведения таких пациентов.</p> <p>Высказаны предложения о дальнейших информационных и организационных мероприятиях, направленных на расширение знаний пациентов и врачей о проблеме чрескожной сенсибилизации к аэроаллергенам у больных атопическим дерматитом, их роли в развитии сезонных обострений и возможности их профилактики с использованием современных эмолентов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>atopic dermatitis</kwd><kwd>emollients</kwd><kwd>epidermal barrier</kwd><kwd>pollen allergy</kwd><kwd>cutaneous sensitization</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>атопический дерматит</kwd><kwd>эмоленты</kwd><kwd>эпидермальный барьер</kwd><kwd>пыльцевая аллергия</kwd><kwd>чрескожная сенсибилизация</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The Expert Council was organized with the support of La Roche Posay company.
