Оптимальным базисным лечением бронхиальной астмы среднетяжелого течения в настоящее время является комбинация длительно действующего в2-агониста (ДДБА) и ингаляционного глюкокортикостероида (иГКС). Данная терапия позволяет существенно снизить дозу иГКС при эффективном контроле симптомов заболевания.
