The results of clinical trials of novel allergo-vaccines in Russian Federation are presented. The future perspectives in ASIT are reviewed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзоре представлены основные результаты научных и клинических исследований по проведению аллерген-специфической иммунотерапии (АСИТ) у детей, поддержанные ВОЗ и Европейской академией аллергологии и клинической иммунологии (EAACI). Описаны результаты клинических испытаний принципиально новых типов стандартизованных лечебных аллергенов, внедренных в практическую аллергологию в Российской Федерации.
