However in a number of patients the food allergy stays for life and patients are compelled to adhere an eliminative diet, during which there is a threat of the allergenic product occasional exposure constantly. Recent studies showed the efficacy of oral immunotherapy with different products in food allergy in children. In this article we reviewed the experience of oral allergen-specific immunotherapy with different foods.</p>
В статье проанализирован опыт проведения пероральнои аллерген-специфической иммунотерапии пищевыми продуктами учеными различных стран.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>oral allergen-specific immunotherapy</kwd><kwd>oral desensitization</kwd><kwd>an induction of oral tolerance</kwd><kwd>oral immunotherapy</kwd><kwd>specific oral tolerance induction (SOTI)</kwd><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>food allergy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>пероральная аллерген-специфическая иммунотерапия (АСИТ)</kwd><kwd>оральная десенсибилизация</kwd><kwd>индукция оральной толерантности</kwd><kwd>оральная иммунотерапия</kwd><kwd>специфическая пероральная индукция толерантности</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>пищевая аллергия</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Host A.
