Methods of dendritic cells cultivation and their influence on functional activity of dendritic cells are described. Perspectives of dendritic cells clinical application for immunotherapy of cancer, infection diseases, allergy and autoimmune diseases are analyzed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Рассмотрены основные свойства дендритных клеток и их роль в развитии иммунопатологических состояний. Представлен анализ методов культивирования дендритных клеток и зависимости функциональных свойств дендритных клеток от условий культивирования.
