Allergens of this organisms cause allergic diseases. The potential role of chitin in allergic reactions has been discussed. Other studies have suggested that chitin preparations may skew immunity away from T-helper-2-mediated allergic responses. Chitinases, enzymes that can degrade chitin polymer, and chitinase-like proteins might also play an important role in allergic disease pathogenesis.</p>
В последнее время продемонстрировано участие в аллергических процессах и хитиназ - ферментов, расщепляющих хитиновый полимер, а также хитиназоподобных белков.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>chitin</kwd><kwd>chitosan</kwd><kwd>chitinases</kwd><kwd>chitinase-like proteins</kwd><kwd>asthma</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>хитин</kwd><kwd>хитозан</kwd><kwd>хитиназы</kwd><kwd>хитиназоподобные белки</kwd><kwd>бронхиальная астма</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Хитин и хитозан: получение, свойства и применение.
